The original purchaser of a new ARKLights product bought from ark-lights.com or an authorized ARKLights seller. This warranty is not transferable.
We warrant that ARKLights controllers, LED bars, and wiring harnesses will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date of delivery to the original purchaser. Mounts, clips, and adhesive pads are covered for ninety (90) days.
If a covered product fails during the warranty period because of a defect, we will, at our option, repair it, replace it with the same or an equivalent product, or refund the purchase price. A repaired or replacement product is covered for the rest of the original warranty period or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer.
This warranty does not cover:
This warranty covers ARKLights products only. It does not cover your Onewheel or other vehicle, its battery, controller, or other parts, or any effect that installing an aftermarket accessory may have on the vehicle manufacturer's warranty. ARKLights is not affiliated with or endorsed by Future Motion, Inc. Onewheel is a trademark of Future Motion, Inc.
Email support@clevercraft.pro within the warranty period with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos or a short video if you can. We'll reply within three (3) business days. If we need the product back, we'll send instructions; please don't send anything without them. For a valid claim, we pay shipping both ways within the United States.
Any implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, last only for the length of this written warranty. Some states do not allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limit may not apply to you.
We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including damage to your vehicle or other property, arising from a defect in a covered product or from a breach of this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
ARKLights is an accessory lighting system. Always ride with lighting that meets your local laws, keep your lights visible, follow your vehicle manufacturer's safety guidance, and check that your lights work before every ride.
